One of my favorite things about this pattern is the simple construction.
The body is worked flat in one piece from the bottom up, and once the length reaches the armholes, the front and back panels are worked separately before the shoulders are sewn together.
Then the sleeves are crocheted directly onto the body in joined rounds, which keeps the construction simple and eliminates a lot of extra seaming.
Finally, the hood is crocheted right onto the sweater, giving it that cozy finished look.
This method makes the entire project feel much more approachable — even if it’s your first crochet hoodie.
